A complete inspection shaft / manhole with a diameter of DN1000 is manufactured according to the desired height and connections. After the excavation pit in which it will be placed is prepared, if necessary, foundation concrete is made for the improvement of the excavation base. For base improvement, concrete prefabricated base plate installation is also suitable.

The inspection shaft / manhole is lowered into the pit and placed in accordance with the project. Gradual side and top filling is done in accordance with the technique. After cutting the PE conical part when necessary according to the final cover elevation, if it is in the traffic area, a reinforced concrete bracelet is placed under the ductile font or composite cover. The compressed fill is placed on top.

Filling is the most important process for a healthy application. Filling is done according to ENV 1046.

Following the hydraulic or pneumatic leakage test, the chimney is ready for use.
