Weholite Polyethylene (PE) or Polypropylene (PP) pipes are spirally wound, profile-walled pipes, which makes them very light. The product is unpressurized or low pressure; It is designed for applications such as sewage, drainage, rain water, under-road culverts and storage tanks and can be used up to DN/ID diameter 3500 mm.

100% UNIQUE SOLUTIONS
Thanks to its unique technology, Weholite can be designed for any purpose. Pipes up to ID 3500 mm diameter and 8 kN/m² ring stiffness class can be supplied. Although the pipe length mainly depends on logistics, the maximum length is generally 30 meters. Although the solutions are generally aimed at non-pressurized applications, low pressure systems up to 2 bar are also possible. With the combination of pipes and panels, many different prefabricated products are possible. Tanks, valve/meter rooms, pump stations are some application examples.
DURABLE, EXCELLENT RESISTANCE TO CHEMICALS AND CORROSION
Weholite HDPE pipe does not corrode and has no biological growth, making it the most suitable material choice for wastewater and harsh chemical environments. It is not affected by chemicals that may be present in salt water and septic wastewater. Like all HDPE pipes, Weholite has a smooth inner surface that maintains its carrying capacity for many years. The low Manning roughness factor (0.01) remains constant even after years of use.

Additionally, Weholite offers unique possibilities for ballasting. Conventional solid-wall pipes are normally ballasted with external buoyancy weights. This is also possible for Weholite. However, it is recommended to take advantage of the wall structure of the pipe by filling the profile gap with concrete. This method will reduce underwater trenching costs as it requires a narrower channel compared to external ballasting.
